We’re happy to share that obconnect, in partnership with Raidiam, has been awarded Best Anti-Fraud Solution at the Open Banking Expo Awards 2025.
The award recognises the success of our real-time, API-driven Confirmation of Payee (CoP) solution – purpose-built to detect, prevent and respond to fraud without compromising user experience.
By combining obconnect’s Open Banking infrastructure with Raidiam’s trust framework, we’ve created a secure, scalable model that now protects more than 95% of consumer bank accounts in New Zealand, with growing international interest.
The judging panel described our work as:
